Custom built homes and Ready-built homes. You may choose
one of our blue prints or you can design your own. Our
homes are always exceptionally beautiful, well

What is a Ready-Built home?

Ready-built homes are fully constructed pier-and-beam
homes. The only difference is that ready-built homes are
fully constructed away from your lot. As the home is
built, its foundation is prepared on your lot. Finally,
the home is shipped to your lot, where it is fixed to the
foundation just as securely as a pier-and-beam home that
is built on-site.

Our Ready-built homes are built even stronger than most
"Stick Built" Homes. They are built to withstand a "Ride"
Ready-Built homes offer the highest quality at the best
value, we build our Ready-built homes in our central
location of San Angelo TX. where our experienced craftsman
work together and oversee each step in the process of
building your home.
Constructing homes at one location keeps quality high
versus managing multiple construction sites. Ready built
homes are appraised using the same comparables as site
built homes. They retain their value equally, as well.

- 1 1/8" AdvanTech tongue and groove subfloor system

- 2" x 6"interior wet walls
- Pre-engineered free spanning roof trusses
- 7/16" LP TechShield Radiant Barrier Sheathing over entire structure (roof and walls) with foil taped seams

- R-15 fiberglass batting in both exterior and interior walls

As a registered builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission we are happy to offer the following standard warranties:

- a one-year workmanship and materials warranty
- a two-year mechanical and delivery system warranty
- a ten-year structural warranty
- and a ten-year warranty of habitability
